Henry @ 11 months

Our sweet little Henry is 11 months.  With his 1st birthday just around the corner I'm in disbelief as to how fast the past year has flown by.  Henry is such a blessing in every way.  He makes us laugh and keeps us on our toes; and we wouldn't have it any other way.  Here are a few updates on our not-so-little man!
Henry now has SIX teeth that he loves using to eat table food.  We no longer have baby-food at our house, Henry is on straight table food.  Some of his favorites include bananas, applesauce, pasta, eggs, mashed potatoes and just like his brother roasts.  Last night he ate 3 times more briskett than Eli :)  Growing boys!
Henry is a wonderful sleeper.  He still takes a hour or two nap in the morning as well as an hour or two nap in the afternoon.  Ocassionally he skips the morning nap, but he does much better with it rather than without.  Henry, just like his brother, is great at putting himself to sleep.  He plays with his blanket and talks to himself until he falls asleep, which usually lasts no more than a few minutes.
On this particular day, Henry must have slept reallly good!

I think it's safe to say Henry is walking.  He pulls up on everything and takes off!  He's especially fast walking behind toys....
Henry the love bug!  If you tell Henry to "give you some love" he's quick to lay his head on your shoulder, sometimes he'll even squeeze his arms around you.  Here he is giving Grandma Kathy some lovin'.

Just like Eli, Henry loves his tractors.  I'm pretty sure that he can say a form of tractor too.  Grandma Anita confirms that while playing with tractors he'll say a two-syllable word that strongly resembles "trac-tor".  This would make Henry's 3rd "word".  He can also say "ball" and "da-da".  Still working on "mama"....

SUCH a happy baby (except last week during an awful cold/ear infection, he was downright pitiful!)

Mama's boy.  It's so true, Henry does love his mama.  Especially my hip!  I wonder where Henry got his eyes, lol.
Henry will be our wild-child.  I'm positive of that.  Just like mama, he has no fear.  He's mastered getting in and out of his rocking chair...such a dare devil!
